I absolutely love this dietary fiber product! It has been an absolute lifesaver for those extra days when I’m traveling for work and my entire system goes completely out of whack. Got a sample to try and really liked the taste! Love that it did its job the next morning, but at your own pace, so you're not running to the toilet with urgency. Did feel a bit lighter after that during the day. Very easy to mix and drink.
